Bag Tags, Inc has been a premier provider of beautiful, high quality, durable, event credentials for over 25 years.

We are the official suppliers of event credentials of USCAA, USA Swimming, NFHS, and USA Water Polo. In addition to our partners we also provide Event Credentials to roughly 1000 different clients every year. 

While we consider Bag Tags, Inc. to be in the print manufacturing sector, our event credentials/ID badges are absolutely used to provide additional security at organized events. Our mission is to ensure that your event is Distinct, Safe, and Memorable.

    • 30mil thickness.
      That includes 10mil for the synthetic teslin and an additional 10mil for the laminate on either side.

  • Design

    Our in house design team offers design services for each job to ensure that you artwork will print clearly.

  • Printing

    All Event Credentials are produced in house. We utilize a state-of-the-art HP Indigo 5900 printing press. The press is capable of accurately matching almost any PMS or CMYK Color.

  • Sizes

    • Standard credential sizes are CR80 (credit card size), 3”x4”, 3”x5”, and 4”x 5” (additional sizes are available upon request). 
    • Some sizes offer a double or triple slot option.
    • All Event Credentials can be personalized with individual names, numbers, photos, and barcodes.

Ordering Process

  • Once you submit “Free Quote” one of our Account Managers will get in touch with you with a formal quote to review.
  • Once the quote is approved our in-house design team will then send you a digital proof, based on the design elements that you provided. At that point you can either approve the design or request additional changes.
  • Once the design is approved we will print your Event Credentials.
  • Your order will ship within 15 Business days of quote approval. We offer priority services if you need the tags in less time.
