We are the official suppliers of Event Credentials, Luggage Tags, and Lanyards for USCAA, USA Swimming, NFHS, and USA Water Polo. In addition we service thousands of orders on an annual basis. 

Luggage Tags are used for both bag identification as well as brand recognition. The Luggage Tags also make a fantastic keepsake.       That includes 10mil for the synthetic teslin and an additional 10mil for the laminate on either side.

  • Design

    Our in house design team offers design services for each job to ensure that you artwork will print clearly.

  • Printing

    All Event Credentials are produced in house. We utilize a state-of-the-art HP Indigo 5900 printing press. The press is capable of accurately matching almost any PMS or CMYK Color.

  • Sizes

    • Standard luggage tag sizes are CR80 (credit card size), and 3”x4” (additional sizes are available upon request). 
    • All Luggage Tags can be personalized with individual names, numbers, photos, and barcodes.

Ordering Process

  • Once you submit “Free Quote” one of our Account Managers will get in touch with you with a formal quote to review.
  • Once the quote is approved our in-house design team will then send you a digital proof, based on the design elements that you provided. At that point you can either approve the design or request additional changes.
  • Once the design is approved we will print your Event Credentials.
  • Your order will ship within 15 Business days of quote approval. We offer priority services if you need the tags in less time.
